Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of canamocafe.com and any purchase you make from Cáñamo Café LLC ("Cáñamo Café," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Age requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase any hemp-derived or cannabinoid product from us. By placing an order you confirm you are 21 or older. We may ask for proof of age before shipping or at delivery, and we may cancel any order where age cannot be verified.
2. About our hemp products
Our cannabinoid products are made from hemp and formulated to contain no detectable THC. Product information, including cannabinoid content, is described on each product page and on its batch Certificate of Analysis once published.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to a doctor before using cannabinoid products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
3. Where we sell
Laws on hemp and cannabinoid products differ by country, state and city, and they change. We sell and ship only where we believe our products may lawfully be sold, and we may refuse or cancel an order to any destination for that reason. You are responsible for knowing and following the law where you live before you buy, possess or use our products.
4. Drug testing
Some cannabinoid products, including products labeled THC-free, can in rare cases lead to a positive result on a drug test. If you are subject to drug testing for work, sport, legal or any other reason, do not use these products. We are not responsible for drug test results or their consequences.
5. Orders, pricing and payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise, and do not include applicable tax or shipping.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we ship it, not when you receive a confirmation email.
- We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct errors in pricing or descriptions, even after an order is placed. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
- Product images are representative. Packaging and appearance may vary slightly between batches.
6. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your package to the address you provided. Double-check your address; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address you entered.
7. Returns and refunds
Because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email Contact@CanamoCafe.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the error was ours.
8. Café locations
Our café locations in Florida and Bogotá, Colombia are coming soon. Visits to our cafés will also be subject to posted rules at each location and to the laws of that country.
9. Use of this site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to buy products on behalf of anyone under 21
- Resell our products without our written permission
- Interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to access parts of it you are not meant to
- Copy, scrape or reuse site content except as the law allows
10. Intellectual property
The Cáñamo Café name, logos, artwork, text, photos and product designs belong to Cáñamo Café LLC or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.
11. Disclaimers
The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that any product will produce any particular result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Cáñamo Café is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product that gave rise to the claim.
Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs if a claim is brought against us because you broke these terms or the law, including by buying for someone under 21 or taking products somewhere they are not permitted.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Consumers in Colombia keep any rights they have under Colombian consumer protection law (Law 1480 of 2011).
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after the update is posted.
