Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, generally up to seven years. Mailing list information is kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept as long as needed to resolve them. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.

Customers in Colombia. We process personal data of people in Colombia in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations. You have the right to know, update, correct and request deletion of your data, to request proof of your authorization, and to file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. We collect your data only with your prior, express and informed authorization, for the purposes described in this policy.

This site and our hemp products are intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21, and never from children under 13. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections on this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We operate in the United States and Colombia, and our service providers may process information in other countries. By using our services you understand your information may be transferred to and stored in countries whose data protection laws differ from yours, and we take steps to protect it as described here.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also post a notice on the site or email you before it takes effect.
